Sidewalk cafe, grilled chorizo sandwiches, a cold local beer, a cute blonde… not a bad situation!
Our excursion in Uruguay was to the Juanico winery. Jesuits came to Uruguay in the early 1700s, bringing gapes (they always seem to do that!). The Juanico family became owners of the property in 1860. Juanico is one of the largest producers in Uruguay, and has modern stainless steel fermenting tanks and bottling equipment.
It may be November, but it is Springtime in Uruguay.
